Mental well-being refers to the state of a person’s overall mental health, encompassing factors such as emotional stability, cognitive function, and the ability to cope with stress and life challenges. It involves a positive sense of self, healthy relationships and the capacity to manage emotions and navigate the complexities of daily life in a productive and fulfilling way.
On a scale from 1 to 10, what would I rate my mental well-being and why?
1 - Feeling very low, sad, and overwhelmed.
2 - Feeling down and having a tough time.
3 - Feeling a bit better, but still struggling.
4 - Okay, but not great. Some days are tougher than others.
