At the start of every month, in the journal we will find the same question which is mentioned above. On those days, our daily resource will not be based on the question but on the quote.
For this month, and the rest of the months of the year, we can consider the following factors when determining what we are looking forward to in that particular month:
Upcoming Events:
Take note of any special occasions, celebrations, or events scheduled for the next month. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, that may be what some of us may be looking forward to.
Personal Goals:
We can reflect on our short-term personal goals and aspirations. Identify what steps we plan to take towards achieving them.
Professional Goals:
We can consider any work-related projects, deadlines, or opportunities that are on the horizon for the month.
Social Engagements:
We can look at your social calendar. Identify any plans or gatherings with friends, family, or social groups.
Hobbies and Interests:
We can consider activities or hobbies that bring us joy. Plan time for pursuits that align with our interests.
Travel Plans:
If we have any upcoming travel or vacation plans, we can anticipate the experiences and adventures awaiting us.
Learning Opportunities:
We can identify any courses, workshops, or learning opportunities that we are excited to engage in during the month.

We can consider any health or wellness goals, such as fitness routines, healthy habits, or self-care practices, that we plan to prioritize.
