Action: Write a letter to my future self for the end of the year.
Consider writing a letter as your future self to your present self. Before you start writing the letter, immerse yourself in the right mood. Use whatever method resonates with you to set the tone. It could involve exercising, praying, meditating, or listening to your favourite music. Use whichever technique helps you find that space within yourself.
As you write that letter consider the following things:
Emotions - Talk about the emotions that you are feeling on the day of writing the letter. Remember to only talk about the positive emotions. Avoid stating anything in the negative even if it is part of the story at that point. For example, instead of stating relief about no longer being sick, highlight appreciation for your current state of good health.
Achievements - Remember at the start of the journal you wrote 3 things that if you achieved this year you would consider 2024 a success. Write the letter as if you have achieved all of them. Remember to bring out the exact emotion achieving them makes you feel.
Embrace Growth & Evolution - Certain things in your life are going to evolve, change or grow. Therefore, embrace and celebrate each of these areas.

HOW TO WRITE THE LETTER?
Firstly, start by crafting a handwritten letter addressed to yourself. The act of physically writing sets impressions into your subconscious and fosters a deeper connection with your emotions, thoughts and feelings. Once you’ve completed the physical letter, transpose its content into an email that you schedule to be received on Tuesday 31st December 2024.
In addition, as a way to reinforce the message of your self-written letter, arrange to receive it on your birthday (if it is yet to come) and on Tuesday 2nd July 2024, which marks the halfway point of this year.
