Question: What is one of my earliest childhood memories, and what does that mean to me?

Our early childhood experiences, between the ages of 0 to 6, significantly influence our social and emotional well-being, forming the foundation for our later behaviour, character and personal traits.

A notable example is Oprah Winfrey, whose early years were marked by adversity. She was born into poverty in rural Mississippi and was faced with the harsh realities of a broken family, abuse, and challenging environment. These early chapters, though filled with difficulties, became the crucible in which her compassionate and empathetic personality was forged.
