On a scale of 1 to 10, what would I rate my physical well-being and why?

  • 2 - Struggling With Physical Well-being

  • 3 - Some Improvement, Continued Struggle

  • 4 - Moderate Physical Wellness

Physical well-being refers to the overall health and condition of your body. It encompasses various factors that contribute to your body's optimal functioning and includes aspects such as fitness, nutrition, rest, and the absence of illness or discomfort. 


Level 1 - Physical Discomfort and Overwhelm:

  • Enduring significant physical distress, pain, or discomfort, feeling overwhelmed by the impact on daily life.


Level 2 - Struggling with Physical Well-being:

  • Coping with physical challenges and discomfort, facing a tough time managing the impact on overall well-being.

Level 3 - Some Improvement, Continued Struggle:

  • Experiencing slight improvement in physical well-being but still contending with persistent struggles and challenges.

Level 4 - Moderate Physical Wellness:

  • Physically okay but not great, navigating through daily life with some days proving more challenging than others.

Level 5 - Managing, Room for Improvement:

  • Doing okay in terms of physical well-being, managing daily activities, yet recognizing there's room for improvement.

Level 6 - Generally Comfortable:
