Question: If I had a video for any one event in my life, what event would I choose and why?

These days because of technology with a click of a button we are able to record every moment of our lives. For some, that video for any one event in our lives was recorded and now have it permanently. 

However, for some, the video of that one event wasn’t recorded. Perhaps the moment wasn’t recorded due to various reasons. It could have been a spontaneous chat with a stranger or a heartfelt conversation with a loved one. 

Whether recorded or not, when determining that video it is important that we consider the following factors: 

1. The chosen event 

2. The Impact (why this event holds a special place in our hearts) 

3. Reflecting on the impact (looking back at the event what we now realize)

In life, some moments stand out, calling for us to remember them. While a video can't capture everything, it does preserve the feelings, lessons, and changes that come with important moments.
